Don C. Weber is a seasoned industrial cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in ICS/OT security management, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. His expertise spans critical infrastructure protection, encompassing ICS architecture reviews, SCADA security assessments, and OT incident response. Don specializes in helping organizations secure their business and ICS environments through comprehensive security program evaluations, targeted ICS penetration testing, and specialized training.

His past experiences include senior leadership roles in incident response and vulnerability/risk management for a major media organization, as well as senior consulting positions focused on hardware analysis and wireless security research of ICS technologies within the energy sector. Don has also served as a senior consultant on an emergency response team, providing digital forensics and incident response services to global corporations.

A recognized expert in the field, Don has presented at prominent conferences including DefCon, Black Hat USA, Interop, OWASP, BSides, and SANS Summits. He is a certified SANS and ControlThings.io instructor, sharing his knowledge and expertise with aspiring cybersecurity professionals.
